Transistor PCB Arrangement
In order to achieve the highest level of efficiency and heat dissipation, transistors typically reside on a board called a printed circuit (PCB). The configuration is determined by the function of the electronic device and the kind of transistor it employs (e.g., NPN or PNP). Typically, transistors are positioned to reduce power loss and signal interference. Appropriate distance between transistors and related components is necessary in high-power circuits.
